PA R&D Workplace Transformation
Johnson & Johnson’s Research & Development Transformation Project was an effort to vacate leased facilities in Pennsylvania. This was done through strategic consolidation of program to other sites and heavy coordination and sequencing of construction activities within the active facilities. All work was managed concurrently with major HVAC infrastructure upgrades to bring all spaces into compliance with J&J standards (See AC2-007). All told, CD & Associates completed laboratory and infrastructure upgrades across 15,000 SF in four (4) buildings, along with decommissioning of the vacated facility for turnover to the landlord. All work was successfully executed with no disruption to critical business functions.
