M3 Mobility Center

Johnson & Johnson has moved toward a more flexible work space environment for their employees, to promote teaming and interaction. This project was a 5,500 SF conversion of existing, dilapidated office space into a new Corporate Mobility Center. The project was completed under a design build scenario, with CD & Associates holding the contracts of the design professionals. This allowed the project to be expedited on a fast track basis to ensure completion and occupancy by the end of 2011. Features of the Mobility Center included open office workstations, teaming areas, HUB media center (with barstool and banquette seating), private workstation alcoves with demountable partitions and Global Connect conference room. Construction was coordinated within an active building with no impact to the surrounding areas.
