AC2-007
The AC2-007 Replacement Project consisted of an overhauling the existing HVAC Systems at Johnson & Johnson’s Malvern facility. Originally, the facility and associated HVAC system were designed for office program. Though modifications were made over the years to ensure code compliance and safe conditions, the systems had fallen out of compliance with J&J corporate specifications and legacy equipment was at the end of its life expectancy. CD & Associates developed a strategy to consolidate the HVAC infrastructure into a centralized Custom Air Handler and Exhaust System. This equipment was installed on grade and operational prior to disrupting any lab operations. Individual labs were then shut down in conjunction with the renovations for the PA R&D Transformation Project, and transferred to the new HVAC system in conjunction with renovations.
